About The Position

We’re a lively family in Montclair, NJ, balancing work, school, and everything in between with a good dose of humor and creativity. With both parents managing busy careers and a bustling household, we cherish the time we get to spend together and prioritize those moments that truly matter. We’ve got two kids, one in elementary and the other in middle school, and both are involved in their own activities, so staying on top of schedules is key. And of course, our two friendly cats keep things interesting and add some extra personality to our home. Our goal is to keep things calm and welcoming, creating an environment where everyone can thrive and feel supported, whether that’s through managing the day-to-day tasks, keeping up with appointments, or simply enjoying time together as a family. We believe in inclusivity, open-mindedness, and personal growth. Empathy, kindness, and community are important to us, and we’re looking for someone who shares these values. You’ll be someone who blends seamlessly into our household, managing tasks independently while staying tuned in to the family’s needs. We’re all about being proactive, taking ownership, and always looking for ways to improve systems to keep life running smoothly. While we’re goal-oriented and professional, we also know how important it is to create space for those fun family moments and maintain strong connections. We’re looking for someone who can help bring an extra layer of ease to our lives so we can focus on what really matters and have more time for the good stuff.
