House Manager & Family Assistant

Sage HausOrange, CA
Onsite

About The Position

We are a warm, active family of three (soon to be four) based in Orange, CA. We have an energetic toddler who keeps us on our toes and are excited to welcome a new baby in early fall. Our goal is to find someone who can help alleviate the mental load of running a busy household so Mom can be more present and engaged with our toddler and growing family. We value someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and creates calm through organization, thoughtful planning, and dependable execution. One parent works remotely from home in a professional capacity, and while we're often home, we appreciate someone who can work independently, read the room, and confidently take ownership of the day-to-day household operations. We are laid-back and easygoing by nature, but we also aim to run a structured and organized home. We value professionalism, healthy boundaries, and a calm, grounded presence. We moved into our home a couple of years ago and have a running list of organizational projects we are excited to tackle. The right person will walk into our home and immediately see opportunities to create systems, streamline routines, and bring order behind the scenes—allowing our family to focus less on logistics and more on spending meaningful time together. Ultimately, we hope to find a long-term partner who provides peace of mind by managing the many moving parts of our home with care, consistency, and professionalism—allowing our family to focus on work, travel, and time together, knowing everything is thoughtfully handled.
