About The Position
A family of four in West Los Angeles is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Helper/Household Manager to assist with daily home maintenance and meal preparation. The schedule is part-time, 6-8 hours per week, with flexible weekday afternoons preferred. The role involves meal preparation for a family of four, general house cleaning, and laundry management. While direct childcare is not the primary focus, occasional care for young children may be required. The home is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium, non-smoking, and pet-free.
Requirements
- Proven experience in household management, housekeeping, and home meal preparation
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience preparing Chinese cuisine is a plus
Responsibilities
- Home meal preparation for a family of four (e.g., pasta dishes, proteins and vegetables, etc)
- General house cleaning and ongoing upkeep of living spaces
- Ongoing laundry management for a family of four
- Willingness to care for 1 year old and 4 year old children if needed (direct childcare is not required, except on rare occasions of school closures, which will be communicated in advance)
