About The Position

Seeking an energetic, self-motivated, organized House Coordinator! House Coordinators teach people to become as self-reliant and self-efficient as people are able. The House Coordinator sets an example for other employees, including Direct Support Professionals, performs direct support, supervisory, and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed driver.
• Know personnel policies, active supports, HCBS regulations, and other regulating bodies.
• Be able to flex schedule.
• Will be required to work all various shifts and provide direct support hours.
• Must have good written and verbal communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Teach people to become as self-reliant and self-efficient as people are able.
• Set an example for other employees, including Direct Support Professionals.
• Perform direct support, supervisory, and administrative duties.
• Work with the team to develop and implement effective programming.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate DSPs.
