At Two Maids, our cleaning teams serve hundreds of households across Colorado — and we're looking for people who take real pride in doing great work. No cleaning experience? That's fine. Requirements

Reliable, well-maintained vehicle and valid Colorado driver's license
18 years or older, able to pass a background check (no felonies)
On your feet all day — bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs)
Available Monday through Friday, full-time
Strong communicator who's comfortable working independently and with a partner
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and good at managing your time
Someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating clients' homes with respect

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or customer service experience
Interest in growing into a trainer or leadership role

Responsibilities

Join our team as a Professional House Cleaner, working in teams of two — a partner has your back from day one
Follow our proven cleaning process — we'll teach you everything during 5 days of paid training
Communicate clearly with your partner, your clients, and your managers — you'll spend most of your day out in the field, so being a strong communicator matters
Check in with management when needed, flag concerns early, and handle any client issues professionally (or bring them to us)
