About The Position

ecomaids is hiring dependable people to clean residential homes throughout South King County and Pierce County. No professional cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training, supplies, equipment, and a proven cleaning system to follow. This is an active job where you'll spend your day moving, cleaning, and helping customers enjoy their homes. You'll clean residential homes using our proven cleaning system, work both with teammates and independently, travel between customer homes during the workday, provide friendly, professional customer service, follow clear quality and efficiency standards, and use environmentally preferable cleaning products. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, and we do not use bleach in our standard cleaning process.

Requirements

Valid U.S. driver's license and acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation to and from our Federal Way dispatch location
Ability to work approximately 8 AM–5 PM Monday through Friday
Ability to successfully complete our background-check process
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to perform active cleaning work including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting cleaning equipment

Nice To Haves

Cleaning experience is welcome, but not required. Experience in hospitality, caregiving, retail, food service, warehouse work, customer service, or other active jobs can transfer well.
