House Behavioral Lead

About The Position
Provide direct care and behavioral support to students with developmental disabilities. Schedule-Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Able to pass drug screen and background checks (no felonies, no abuse, assault, or neglect convictions).
- Willing to complete TB skin test and work physical upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Some experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
- At least 2 years of experience managing challenging behaviors preferred.
- RBT certification preferred.
- Dependable- a consistent routine is important for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement and document behavior support plans and student goals.
- Observe, redirect, and respond appropriately to challenging behaviors.
- Build positive relationships while promoting independence and skill development.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate behavior-related concerns to supervisors.
- Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for all students.
