Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing Canad Four Star Service and by exceeding guest expectations. This is an overnight position, Wednesday through Sunday evenings from 11 pm to 7 am. The role involves giving personal attention, taking personal responsibility, and using teamwork when providing guest service. It requires listening, apologizing with empathy, finding solutions, and following through when resolving guest problems. The attendant assumes responsibility to notice when a guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee. Performs other duties as required to provide Canad Four Star Service.
