The House Attendant is responsible for ensuring all public areas are clean and maintained according to the hotel's standards. This role involves performing general cleaning duties in various areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, lobby, restrooms, and fitness center. The position also requires supplying cleaning carts, maintaining a clean work area, assisting guests with inquiries and requests, and participating in deep cleaning programs. Additionally, the House Attendant may assist with carpet cleaning, stripping rooms, collecting soiled linens, and removing trash. They are also expected to keep staff break areas and administrative offices clean and well-maintained, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
