The Housekeeping Houseperson provides support and service for the Room Attendants and maintains cleanliness throughout the hotel. This role involves maintaining complete knowledge of and complying with all departmental policies, service procedures, and standards, as well as the correct maintenance and use of equipment. The position requires performing various cleaning tasks and assisting other staff members as needed. The hospitality business functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
