About The Position

At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, the housekeeping team is crucial in delivering an exceptional guest room experience. As a Full-time House Attendant, you will ensure guest requests are fulfilled and support the team by cleaning guestrooms as needed. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in guest experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to develop their skills within a luxury hospitality setting.

Requirements

• High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid work authorization for Canada

Responsibilities

• Support a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant.
• Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
• Ensure all storage areas have appropriate stocks of linen and amenities.
• Respond to all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist Room Attendants in stripping dirty linen and running missing items to floors and rooms.
