About The Position

Duties include serving guests, maintaining dining and kitchen areas, preparing food, washing dishes, and following sanitation and safety policies.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders to guests in the dining room, provide drink refills, and respond to guest requests.
Prepare dining areas by cleaning tables and chairs; clear completed plates and attend to spills and other guest needs.
Maintain dining and kitchen areas by cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and workstations; removing trash; and cleaning up spills.
Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware; prepare and restock the dish area and kitchen for the next shift.
Unload and store deliveries as needed.
Prepare food according to prep lists, manager directions, recipe cards, and production and portion standards.
Maintain food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
Read food orders or follow verbal instructions to prepare orders quickly and accurately, ensuring food meets quality and quantity requirements.
Clean, sanitize, and restock stations at the beginning and end of shifts; prepare additional items as necessary.
Follow sanitation, health, and safety policies and standards.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
