About The Position

The Hourly Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific shift in a retail or food service establishment. They are responsible for ensuring that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently, and that customer service is of the highest quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees during a specific shift
• Ensure that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working order
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation guidelines are being followed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
