About The Position

We are seeking Hourly Restaurant Managers to assist the Operating Director in providing direction, training, and ensuring that guest expectations are exceeded, team members are treated with respect, and each shift achieves its business goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service and providing a great team member experience.

Requirements

Excellent people and guest service skills.
Fully proficient in all aspects of the kitchen.
2+ years of experience in roles such as shift manager or assistant restaurant manager.
Experience in restaurants such as Chick-fil-a, Chipotle, or Panera Bread.
Ability to read, interpret and positively impact P&L statements.
Ability to operate the business in accordance with strict PDQ standards.
Ability to cultivate a diverse culture for our Team Members where they are safe, secure and free from harassment.
Ability to coach and teach our Team Members while recognizing and rewarding performance as well as effort.

Responsibilities

Assist the Operating Director in providing direction and training.
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded.
Ensure team members are treated fairly and with respect.
Achieve business goals for each shift.
Manage both Front and Heart of the House operations.
Focus on quality and meeting or exceeding standards.
Responsible for all product ordering and receiving.
Responsible for scheduling and running efficient shifts.
Read, interpret, and positively impact P&L statements.
Operate the business in accordance with strict PDQ standards.
Cultivate a diverse culture for team members where they are safe, secure, and free from harassment.
Coach and teach team members, recognizing and rewarding performance and effort.
Manage restaurant front of house / service teams along with assistant manager roles and duties.
