The Hotline and Advocacy Manager will identify, recommend, and coordinate collaboration opportunities to reach victims and victim service providers, aiming to build relationships to better serve survivors. This role requires strong leadership capacities for agency staff and volunteers, along with the ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision. The manager will develop and implement activities to end sexual assault and/or sexual violence and family violence. Responsibilities include evaluating participants in emergency shelter programs or those fleeing domestic violence or sexual assault for assistance with rental payments, security, and utility deposits. The position oversees aspects of the Advocacy Department, ensuring program guidelines and department functions are effective in meeting agency and client needs.
