About The Position

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Supervisory Valet Attendants for part-time opportunities to start immediately. This role involves developing and training staff, managing schedules and payroll, overseeing customer service, handling operational issues and complaints, developing budgets, monitoring financials, reviewing audits, and ensuring compliance with company and client policies. The position requires flexible weekend availability and offers opportunities for career growth within the company.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
  • Prior valet experience.
  • Ability to drive manual (stick-shift) cars.
  • Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
  • Motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry.
  • Roll-up-the-sleeves, get stuff done type of person that is organized, honest and thoughtful.
  • Trustworthy, loyal and dependable.
  • Self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met.
  • Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings.
  • Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
  • Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll.
  • Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
  • Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures.
  • Complete required reports.
