About The Position

The Hotel Shuttle Van Driver is responsible for safely transporting guests to and from local destinations such as airports, restaurants, and events. This role involves assisting guests with their luggage, providing a warm welcome, responding to inquiries, and handling guest concerns with care. The driver also plays a role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the shuttle vehicles, front drive, and lobby areas to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Requirements

Customer-focused with a great attitude.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Strong communication skills to handle questions and concerns.
Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift.
Flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events.
Assist guests with luggage.
