This role involves safely driving guests to and from local destinations, assisting with luggage, welcoming guests, responding to inquiries, handling concerns, and maintaining cleanliness of shuttles and common areas.
Requirements
- Customer-focused with a great attitude.
- Licensed and safe driver with a valid driver’s license.
- Strong communicator, able to handle questions and concerns professionally.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during your shift.
- Flexible schedule, available for early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive guests to and from local spots like airports, restaurants, and events.
- Assist guests with luggage.
- Welcome guests warmly and respond quickly to their questions or requests.
- Handle guest concerns with care and escalate when needed to keep things smooth.
- Keep our shuttles, front drive, and lobby clean and sanitized for everyone’s comfort and safety.
