Hotel Services Attendant
About The Position
The Hotel Services Attendant is responsible for creating a welcoming and exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. This position interacts directly with guests, assists with luggage, safely operates guest vehicles, provides information about the hotel, and ensures all guest interactions are handled in a courteous and professional manner. This job is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or, for active employees, termination, even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.
