About The Position

Coastal International Security, Inc. is seeking a Guest Safety Ambassador for a luxury hotel environment in White Plains, NY. This role is ideal for candidates with both hospitality and security experience who understand the importance of appearance, tone, and demeanor alongside vigilance and judgment. The Guest Safety Ambassador will represent both Coastal and the client, blending safety awareness with elevated guest service to ensure smooth, respectful, and on-standard encounters. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of onboarding, licensing, and appearance verification.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality, guest services, or professional security.
• Active New York Security License (Guard Card).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong command presence.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and accountability.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and maintain client-facing poise.
• CPR Required
• At least one professional reference is required.

Nice To Haves

• First aid, or de-escalation training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain five-star posture, grooming, and presentation consistent with client standards.
• Uphold a polished, confident, and approachable presence at all times.
• Monitor access points and surveillance systems discreetly.
• Conduct detailed property patrols and maintain accurate reports.
• Enforce site safety and guest-service protocols consistently and respectfully.
• De-escalate situations with composure and sound judgment.
• Partner with hotel management, law enforcement, or emergency responders when required.
