About The Position
Courtyard by Marriott Evansville is seeking an energetic and results-driven Hotel Sales Director to lead sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This position is responsible for developing new business, maintaining key client relationships, increasing group and corporate bookings and achieving occupancy and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Prior hotel sales experience
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets

- Experience with Marriott systems and hotel sales platforms preferred
