Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or sales is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Coordinate and manage client inquiries, bookings, and contracts efficiently
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information
  • Support event planning and coordination for group bookings and corporate events
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
