The Sales Support Specialist (CSR) administers world class customer service while adhering to all internal and external guidelines (e.g., customer contracts, company policies and procedures, etc.)Through effective and efficient use of our company resources (e.g., manufacturing assets, systems and software, support staff). Other requirements include the development and maintenance of strong and positive partnerships with customers and internal business partners. This position contributes to the success of O-I Packaging Solutions (PS) strategic business priorities by providing service levels that improve operational excellence for our company and our customers. The SSR is the primary point of contact between OIPS and our customers. SSRs must maintain a positive attitude, coordinate customer service functions, and engage the appropriate internal business partners to meet/exceed customers’ requirements.
