Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in full service dining is required
  • Ability to cope with heavy workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential
  • Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perceive and work with a wide range of people
  • Some knowledge of food preparation including food safety techniques is required
  • Ability to accurately handle money and cash transactions
  • Skill to operate and clean various restaurant equipment
  • Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Must follow, have knowledge of health codes
  • Possess or willing to apply for an ABC Card and Beer Card

Nice To Haves

  • Hotel and formal bar experience is a plus
  • Food and Beverage inventory control experience is helpful
  • Some knowledge of catering helpful
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word computer programs is helpful
  • Willing to become Serve-Safe Certified
  • Willing to apply for an ABC Card and Beer Card

Responsibilities

  • Help train new hires on service, POS MICROS, within the F&B department
  • Ensure excellent Guest Service
  • Help manage cleanliness of assigned location
  • Create and adjust schedules
  • Management of incoming invoices, payroll and equipment
  • Meet and maintain state, county/city health codes and company standards
  • Manage food and beverage ordering and inventory process
  • Supervise the staff and restaurant service
  • Stock and restock as needed for assigned location
  • Work alongside Associates in any capacity as needed
  • Help establish work schedules
  • Resolve employee and guest complaints
  • Take disciplinary action as required
  • Submit and approve time in payroll system
  • Other duties as assigned
