Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
Outstanding time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Greet customers upon arrival, ensure prompt seating, and take food and beverage orders efficiently. Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience, catering to special requests or requirements.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of all menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to confidently address customer inquiries and offer informed recommendations.
Handle payments accurately, ensuring the correct processing of guest checks and payment methods to safeguard both the customer and the business from transaction errors.
Attend pre-shift and departmental meetings to stay informed about products, services, and facility activities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Perform all restocking and cleaning tasks as directed, including both opening and closing duties, to maintain a clean and organized environment.
