About The Position
The Hotel Reservationist helps clients plan and book travel, including flights, accommodations, and vacation packages. The role provides personalized recommendations through a supplier network, uses booking platforms to find discounted rates and special offers, and manages client relationships to ensure clear communication and quality customer service. The position can be performed remotely, with flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time or full-time. Training, tools, mentorship, and certification are provided, and the role offers the opportunity to build a travel business with support from an established agency.

- Use booking platforms to secure discounted rates, upgrades, and special offers for clients.
- Manage client relationships and provide seamless communication and customer service.
- Work independently while making use of ongoing training, tools, and mentorship.
