About The Position

The main objective of the Operations Manager – Housekeeping is to assist in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments, ensuring clean, orderly, and attractive guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel. This position plays an important role in leading and developing associates, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, responding to guest concerns, and supporting the overall success of the hotel. Successful candidates will combine strong operational leadership with exceptional attention to detail and a friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside the team, inspecting rooms and public areas, addressing guest needs, developing associates, and ensuring our cleanliness and service standards are consistently achieved.
