About The Position

The Hotel Night Auditor attends to guests' needs, including but not limited to, registration, checkout, and cashiering. This role involves reviewing guaranteed arrivals, verifying credit card validity, explaining promotional items, and responding promptly to guest inquiries or complaints. The auditor will also cover other hotel areas as needed, document guest accidents, complete maintenance logs, and maintain the front desk area. A friendly and warm greeting to guests is expected, along with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
Customer service experience required.
Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts.
Attention to detail and organized.

Responsibilities

Attend to guests' needs, including registration, checkout, and cashiering.
Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify credit card validity.
Explain and provide any promotional items to each guest checking in.
Respond promptly to any guest inquiries or complaints and offer alternate solutions.
Cover other areas of the hotel as needed.
Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form.
Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported.
Maintain all areas of the front desk.
Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
