Requirements

  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of accounting and hotel operations
  • Comfortable using computer and 10-Key by touch
  • Strong math, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Audit and balance daily revenue, post charges, and process settlements
  • Reconcile and balance accounts, run reports, and corrects discrepancies
  • Prepare daily reports including Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary
  • Ensure files are accurate and systems are reset for the next day
  • Assist with closing procedures and coordinate with front desk and F&B outlets
  • Provide excellent service to guests and staff overnight
  • Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver exceptional service rooted in passion for hospitality
  • Anticipate needs and respond with a solutions-first mindset
