Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • hotel maintenance experience preferred
  • HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
  • Complete and document guest and associate work orders
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
  • Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
  • Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
  • Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
