About The Position

This role will be responsible for many aspects of the day to day operations of the maintenance department. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to respond and action demand service requests, execute PM work and to maintain and service the pools and tubs on resort. The work will consist of but not be limited to; general repairs, general maintenance, equipment installation and daily routines.

Requirements

• General knowledge and experience in building trades (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, framing, electrical etc.)
• Basic Computer/Typing skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with pool maintenance an asset

Responsibilities

• Respond and action demand service requests
• Execute PM work
• Maintain and service the pools and tubs on resort
• General repairs
• General maintenance
• Equipment installation
• Daily routines
• General repair and maintenance of machines, equipment, guest rooms and buildings
• Basic Electrical
• Basic Plumbing
• General Carpentry
• Pool & Hot Tub maintenance (as required)
• Clean, adjust and perform minor repairs to swimming pools and hot tubs (as required)
• Painting, wallpapering, tiling
• Enhancing the guest experience by representing Blue Mountain Resorts with a courteous and customer service centered demeanor at all times
