About The Position

As a key member of our property team, you will ensure our dual-branded hotel runs smoothly, safely, and comfortably for every guest and associate. The Briad Group's Hotel Maintenance Technician position is your ideal fit if maintenance and troubleshooting come second nature to you, and you are the "fixer" everyone calls when something breaks or naturally take things apart just to figure out how they work.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment complex, residential living facility, or similar setting (Required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General knowledge of technical trades including carpentry, painting, and basic electrical work.
• Excellent communication, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work independently or as part of a high-pressure team.
• Excellent visual observation abilities; must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, stoop, bend, climb ladders, and navigate stairs.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility and grounds preventative maintenance to keep guest rooms and public spaces fully operational and safe.
• Utilize your technical skills and resourcefulness to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, resolving any maintenance matters to their complete satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe working environment for yourself, fellow associates, and our guests.
• Complete other operational tasks as assigned by management.
