About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Hotel Maintenance Technician to efficiently and effectively carry out repairs, maintenance, alterations, and installations in our hotel. This role involves determining defects, troubleshooting malfunctions, and taking necessary corrective action, meticulously following specific departmental procedures and maintaining detailed records. The technician will also conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify defects and malfunctions in the hotel's facilities, equipment, and systems.

Requirements

Experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
Ability to efficiently and effectively carry out repairs, maintenance, alterations, and installations.
Proficiency in determining defects, troubleshooting malfunctions, and taking corrective action.
Familiarity with specific departmental procedures.
