About The Position
Town Pump is looking for a motivated and outgoing Store Maintenance member to join their growing team. This role offers opportunities for career growth within the company. The Store Maintenance member will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of the store and its facilities.
Requirements
- Motivated and outgoing personality
- Ability to practice safe procedures in repairs and tool handling
- Willingness to wear protective clothing and other necessary personal protective equipment
- Commitment to keep the store running and come in as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience with refrigeration, HVAC systems, and control systems
- Experience with landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal
Responsibilities
- Customer service
- Mechanical operation, repairs, and testing of fuel pumps and associated equipment
- Maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems and control systems
- Housekeeping inside and outside the store, including cleaning and painting buildings, sidewalks, and fuel islands
- Property upkeep including landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal
- Store security
- Assisting store cashiers and managers as needed
- Maintaining repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics
- Light maintenance, including lamp and ballast replacement
- Committing to keeping the store running and coming in as needed
- Interacting with the public and providing exceptional customer service
