  • Perform skilled architectural repairs: precision carpentry, furniture touch-ups, hardware adjustments, high-end millwork repairs, caulking, tile work, and wallcovering/paint restoration.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and routine troubleshooting across domestic water systems, luxury plumbing fixtures, heating/low-pressure boiler equipment, and back-of-house plant machinery.
  • Operate and adapt to computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS / digital ticketing platforms), guest request dispatch applications, and building automation systems (BAS).
  • Maintain thorough, accurate digital records of daily work orders, PM checklists, equipment run logs, and compliance readings.
  • Swiftly adapt to unexpected priorities, dynamic hotel occupancy needs, and emergency facility requests with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Partner closely with Housekeeping to ensure immediate out-of-order room turnaround and proactive aesthetic inspections.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Front Desk and Guest Services teams regarding guest scheduling, room entries, and arrival/departure coordination.
