About The Position

The Hotel Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas within the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms. This role also involves deep cleaning tasks, managing cleaning supplies, assisting Room Attendants, and responding to guest needs and safety concerns. The position requires a keen eye for detail, physical stamina, and flexible availability to ensure a consistently positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in janitorial or hotel cleaning preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Able to walk, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stay active your whole shift.
  • Flexible availability – Days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Keep public areas spotless—lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and more.
  • Tackle deep-cleaning projects like carpet care, floor polishing, and high-dusting.
  • Ensure cleaning carts and supply closets are stocked, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Assist Room Attendants as needed with restocking linens, removing trash, and prepping rooms.
  • Respond to guest needs and safety concerns quickly and with a smile.
