The Role As a Hotel Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across hotel operations while learning how a successful hospitality business functions day to day. This internship is designed to provide exposure, mentorship, and practical skills that prepare you for a future career in hospitality. Depending on interests and business needs, interns may rotate through or support departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Sales, Human Resources, Engineering, or Events.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations within assigned hotel departments
Assist leaders and team members with administrative and operational tasks
Interact professionally with guests and team members
Observe and learn hotel service standards, procedures, and best practices
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and job shadowing opportunities
Complete assigned projects that support department goals
Follow all safety, service, and brand standards
Represent the hotel with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
Provide feedback and reflections as part of the learning experience
