About The Position

The Hotel Houseperson is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas, restocking amenities, sorting laundry, operating laundry machines, and maintaining an organized workspace. This role also involves assisting with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training as needed. Requirements

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience.
  • Customer service mindset with friendly and helpful attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, and be on feet for the whole shift.
  • Flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms and public areas, ensuring beds are made, bathrooms are sparkling, and areas are free of dust.
  • Restock towels, toiletries, and amenities in guest rooms.
  • Sort laundry and operate laundry machines safely.
  • Handle linen with care.
  • Keep cart and closets organized.
  • Assist with deep cleaning, special projects, and team training when needed.
