About The Position
The Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor will be assisting the hotel manager in supervising daily hotel operations, monitor and supervise hotel personnel to ensure effective task completion in a safe and efficient manner. Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Previous office and supervisory experience are preferred. Must be self-motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented individuals with good attendance and good communication skills. Weekend bonus available.
Requirements
- Great customer service skills
- Valid driver license and approved driving record
- Experience with commercial housekeeping operations
- Basic computer knowledge
- Multitask and problem-solving skills
- Must be 18 or older
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Leadership Experience
Responsibilities
- Create assignments in order to achieve goals throughout all hotel work areas on a daily basis
- Ensure employees meet quality and production standards
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and documenting disciplinary actions
- Assist with payroll, recordkeeping and report writing
- Other duties as assigned by management
