About The Position

TownePlace Suites Westport, Massachusetts is hiring part-time hotel housekeepers, also referred to as room attendants. The role involves cleaning guest areas and back-of-house spaces, providing customer service, maintaining housekeeping standards and supplies, and responding to guest requests. The hotel offers a flexible schedule and a day shift, with work required at least 3–4 days per week and weekend availability.

Requirements

• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest areas and back-of-house areas.
• Provide great customer service.
• Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Respond promptly to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies.
• Report maintenance items that need attention.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
