About The Position

TownePlace Suites Westport, MA is hiring part-time Hotel Housekeepers (Room Attendants). The role performs cleaning duties in guest areas and back of house, provides customer service, maintains housekeeping standards and supplies, responds to guest requests, and reports maintenance needs. The hotel offers a flexible schedule and a day shift of at least 3–4 days per week, with weekend availability required. Pay is $16–$17 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus but is not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
• Provide great customer service.
• Ensure housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
• Respond in a timely manner to guests’ special requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
• Report necessary maintenance items.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
