About The Position

The Hotel Housekeeper/Room Attendant cleans and services guest rooms to provide guests with a pleasant and comfortable experience. The role ensures rooms are clean and inviting and responds to guest inquiries politely and knowledgeably. The position is part-time, with a listed salary of 18.50.

Requirements

• Professional attitude.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk, sit, or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• A secondary school diploma is preferred.
• Previous hotel-related experience is desired.
• Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms for cleaning.
• Make beds.
• Dust rooms and furniture.
• Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies.
• Clean bathrooms and closets.
• Vacuum and rack carpets.
• Check and secure rooms.
• Deliver and retrieve items loaned to guests, such as irons and ironing boards.
• Keep public areas, including hallways, clean and orderly.
• Handle guest calls, requests, and complaints in the assigned area.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
