About The Position
We are seeking reliable and energetic Hotel Hospitality Associates to support hotel operations through housekeeping, laundry, and public area maintenance responsibilities. This flexible short-term opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking supplemental income, temporary employment, or hands-on hospitality experience. Associates will support various areas of hotel operations to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for guests. Individuals interested in longer-term employment may also be considered for permanent placement opportunities based on performance and staffing needs.
Requirements

- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and overtime when available.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Hospitality, housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
- Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and guest ready.
- Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently.
- Fold, sort, and organize linens and towels.
- Assist with inventory and distribution of clean linens to housekeeping teams.
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, fitness centers, and common areas.
- Remove trash and replenish supplies as needed.
- Ensure public spaces remain organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Assist other hospitality departments as operational needs arise.
- Collaborate with coworkers to maintain exceptional cleanliness and guest service standards.
- Support special projects and additional duties as assigned.
