About The Position

Join us for an exciting Hotel Hiring Fair where you’ll have the opportunity to interview on-site with hiring managers for multiple hotel properties, including: Courtyard Ronkonkoma Long Island MacArthur Airport, Hampton Inn Long Island Brookhaven, and Residence Inn Long Island Holtsville. All interviews will take place at the Courtyard Ronkonkoma, regardless of which property you are applying to. Specific roles include Bistro Attendants, Maintenance Technicians, Van Driver, Houseperson, and Housekeeper. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week. Requirements

  • Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Weekend availability required for Houseperson and Housekeeper roles.
  • Open availability required for Housekeeper role.
  • Sunday availability required for Bistro Attendant role.
  • Must be able to work early morning shifts for Bistro Attendants.
  • Must be able to work primarily 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM for Maintenance Technicians.
  • Must be able to work primarily 5:30 AM – 11:30 AM for Van Driver.
  • Must be able to work 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM for Houseperson.

Responsibilities

  • Interview on-site with hiring managers for multiple hotel properties.
  • Perform duties as a Bistro Attendant, Maintenance Technician, Van Driver, Houseperson, or Housekeeper.
  • Be available for early morning shifts, weekends, and open availability as required by the specific role.
