Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Experienced Guest Services Agent for the Houston Marriott Westchase. This is a dual role that will work shifts both as a Marriott Front Desk Agent and as an 'AYS' Telephone Operator. The position requires flexibility to work any scheduled shift, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, with schedules changing weekly to support front office operations. As a Front Desk Agent, you will greet and register guests, deliver excellent guest service, and anticipate guest needs. As an 'At Your Service' Phone Operator, you will answer guest calls, process work orders, and provide information about hotel services. The role involves hotel front desk functions such as greeting guests, registering them, assigning rooms, answering calls, inputting and retrieving guest communications, confirming booking information, posting charges, collecting payment, and addressing guest challenges. Supportive functions include performing any other duties as requested by management to support other departments and operational requirements.
