About The Position

Fairfield Inn and Suites and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Westfield is looking for a top-performing Opening Hotel General Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to lead the team and provide the best service for guests. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing new and creative ideas to help drive revenue and building strong relationships with guests to gain repeat business. A high standard of service quality and at least five or more years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role, is desired.

Requirements

At least five or more years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role
Proven success as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience in group and transient sales processes and forecasting
A flexible, adaptable leader with a focus on achieving excellence

Nice To Haves

Marriott brand experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead marketing and promotion efforts to enhance the property’s reputation
Manage budgets, financial plans, and statistical records
Lead recruitment, retention, associate engagement, performance management, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.
Drive hotel profitability through P&L management, revenue management, expense control, occupancy growth, ADR optimization, and RevPAR performance.
Address guest concerns with professionalism and poise
Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements
