About The Position
Shaner Hotels is seeking a dynamic Opening General Manager to lead the launch of a new 136-room AC Marriott Hotel, opening Spring 2027, within a vibrant mixed-use development in Brecksville, OH. This leader will shape the overall hotel experience - guiding operations, driving financial performance, and building a high-energy team passionate about delivering memorable, personalized stays. We're seeking a hands-on operator who can bring the brand to life, lead innovative sales strategies, inspire associates, and serve as a dynamic, visible presence within both the hotel and the local community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience; Marriott experience preferred.
- New hotel opening experience a plus.
- Strong financial, operational, and team leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
