Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (Marriott or Hilton brand required)
- Strong hotel F&B experience
- Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance
- A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride
- Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts
- Passion for hospitality and creating unforgettable guest moments
Responsibilities
- Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach
- Drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business
- Own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy
- Build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams
- Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met
- Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance
- Be visible—on the floor, with guests, and with your team
