About The Position
CUSA, LLC is seeking a Hotel General Manager for the award-winning Holiday Inn Express Woodstock. The ideal candidate will have major brand experience, specifically with IHG General Manager responsibilities. This role involves leading the hotel team, overseeing all departments, driving revenue, managing expenses, and ensuring brand standards are met. The goal is to achieve top-line revenue, build a strong team, provide brand training, meet IHG Guest Love and 1Rewards enrollment goals, and achieve STR performance metrics (MPI, ARI, RGI) while fostering guest loyalty and satisfaction.

- Provide daily oversight of all hotel departments.
