This is a full-time Front Desk position at Best Western in Willmar, MN. The role requires flexibility for shifts between 3-11pm, Monday-Sunday. The pay is based on experience. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Answer phone calls, manage emails, and provide information regarding hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
• Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
